• I am aware that utilizing and engaging the Company’s services exposes me to the possibility of sustaining an injury. I thus take full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses, and damages that may occur to me while utilizing the Company’s services. I hereby release the Company, its instructors, and any and all partners from any and all liability for any and all injuries, claims, or damages that I may sustain as a result of the Company’s services.

 

I acknowledge that any use of the Company’s services is done so at my own risk, and I accept full responsibility for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses to myself or my property that may be a consequence of such use, regardless of whether or not they were caused by the negligence of the Company. I indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any incidental, consequential, or indirect or special damages.

 

• I acknowledge that any recommendations by the Company on my weight loss and mindset, including but not limited to meal plans, goal metrics and physical activity, are entirely my responsibility, and that I should consult my doctor or another qualified medical professional beforehand. I also note that the Company has advised me to get the aforesaid consultation from my doctor or another qualified medical professional. Whether or not I have had the consultation, I understand and accept that my engagement with the Company is done so totally at my own risk. 

 

• I undertake to do my best to follow the Company’s instructions/plans; I also acknowledge that I am solely responsible for determining the effectiveness of these services; and that no results are guaranteed by the Company. 

 

• I understand that any intellectual property belonging to the Company belongs exclusively to the Company and I may not distribute, sale or otherwise deal with the said intellectual property except as authorized by the Company.

 

• I have the authorization to release the Claims, and I have not assigned or transferred any of the Claims to any other person.
